CODE OF CONDUCT
Pacific Beach Run Club is a social and inclusive community built around running. All runners are welcome!
Runners are expected to support and respect each other while at the runs & social events. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Please refer to our Club Principles for more details.
Just be cool - the club is meant to be fun for everyone.
If at any point you feel you or a member’s safety is at risk, or that someone is violating the Code of Conduct, please don't hesitate to contact a run leader or email hello@narunclub.com directly.
Violations of this code will be addressed by Pacific Beach Run Club leadership, with consequences ranging from warnings to expulsion, depending on the severity of the violation.

MISSION
Connect people and create healthy communities through running.
VALUES
Members Over Everything
All of our principles can be summarized by this one: keep members’ best interests at the core of every decision.
Everybody Eats
All members of our community are equal. Period. From a first-time attendee to a run leader, everyone should feel welcomed and supported.
Better Safe Than Sorry
We show respect by not compromising each other's physical, mental or emotional health while at club runs or events.
Kindness is Cool
Kindness is our language at Not a Run Club. This is a requirement when communicating with other members, partners or local residents in the communities where we are located.
Play > Work
The club is meant to be social first. We’re not here to break world records or run until we pass out.
